Frequently asked questions

I cannot log in. What should I do?

Verify email and password first, then contact your school admin to reset your access. If you are an admin, confirm the API health and server deployment status.

Why do I see missing data in a module?

Check whether records are filtered by class/date/status. Most module tables support filtering and may hide entries when filters are active.

How do we confirm the system is online?

Ask technical support to verify PM2 process status, deployment logs, and authenticated API response for /api/schools/stats.

Where do we report bugs or request features?

Send a report to the system owner with screenshot, module name, exact action, and time of issue so support can reproduce quickly.

Need urgent support?

Share your issue with the exact page, action, and time of error. This helps the support team diagnose faster.
